The Camp Fire Documentary is a powerful and moving first-person account from individuals and First Responders that battled against the inferno that struck Concow, Paradise, Magalia, and Chico in Butte County California on November 8th, 2018. This documentary was produced by the local filmmaker - Golden Eagle Films and is powerful, sensitive and heartfelt.

Fire on the Ridge has been produced as a "Proof of Concept" for a proposed dramatized feature film about the Camp Fire which occurred on November 8th, 2018 in Butte County, California. Local film-maker Golden Eagle Films worked with other residents in the affected area to produce the Fire on the Ridge "Proof of Concept" short. Many of the cast and crew of Fire on the Ridge are Camp Fire survivors and several act in the retelling of their own stories. This has been a monumental and life changing experience in so many ways. We the people of Butte County have been exposed to millions of viewers around the world via renowned media such as 60 minutes, Frontline, Nova, PBS etc. Now we need to tell our own stories, the way they really happened and through the eyes of our own pain and loss. We the people of Butte County must have a voice: finally our own.
