This really is a great show - great story lines, great acting - but: they are using a ridiculously high amount of the "F" word, which is purely gratuitous and completely unnecessary. A more thoughtful writing and producing staff could have done the same show without any of that and made it JUST as good! My wife doesn't want to watch any more (we saw 4 episodes together). I will probably watch the rest of them when I'm alone, but my objection remains. They're only allowing all that swearing because it's Netflix and they can get away with it. It's a shame.

When one of the main players in a TV drama suddenly leaves, the change seems forced and awkward, but that's not the case here. I was very sad about the situation involving Lori Laughlin-I loved her in this show, and I'm disappointed and sad about what she has (allegedly) done-but the first scene in which her absence was explained was done with gentleness and style. Moving ahead without her really felt seamless to me. I love the show, and expect more good things to come.

Dear Other Reviewers, I don't care if the baby bump was visible, or if they mispronounced a few words, or if some of the geographical references were skewed ... it was a very cute story, well acted (mostly) and believable. I thought the chemistry between the two leads was very good. You need to remember that the actors are playing roles-in this case, a pregnant woman was playing a NON pregnant woman. Big deal. I liked it. 8 stars.
