I was quite excited to watch this movie after missing it in theaters. Sure it's a remake but that doesn't put me off. Well after 45 minutes, I truly couldn't watch anymore. I'm huge into thrillers and some horror but for Gods sake you need to at least make it somewhat believable. These characters were incredibly frustrating and made so many nonsensical decisions, especially as parents. Maybe since I became a parent it's more obvious to me now but it just completely took me out of the movie because of the obscurity. I gave it 5 stars for some of the performances but outside of that, you couldn't play me to finish it.
