I'm not sure if both Murali Gopi and Prithviraj were trying to cater to an India-wide audience; full-on action and a meagre storyline; what ended up happening is that, this will not resonate with any audience, in my opinion. Reason being, Mallu movies need a clear storyline or an approach like Aavesham that can captivate and engage the audience till the end. India-wide audiences prefer such a movie with an actor like Shah Rukh Khan or Rajanikant or someone like that, but don't think Mohanlal is the one they are looking for in such an attempt! Waiting to see how this approach will pan out India-wide, though. The story clearly lacks depth. Even then, kudos for the technical side of things, and this would have been wayyyy better if it had been made in a 2-hour length, crisp format avoiding all the unnecessary slow-mo scenes and fight scenes. Someone like Sushin Shyam would have added a varied aura to the background score and other aspects of such a movie, in my opinion.

I watched the movie on its release day, and the first half was absolutely gripping. It's a slow-burner, but if you're invested, you'll feel the anticipation and excitement building as the story unfolds. The film keeps you on the edge of your seat, with a narrative path reminiscent of movies like The Sixth Sense or The Prestige-constantly surprising you with twists you can't predict.

However, the second half didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the first. The suspense, while intriguing, missed the mark it was aiming for. Still, it's a great watch overall. The cinematography, background score, music, and acting are all top-notch. I just wish the second half had delivered more impact. Nevertheless, it's definitely a must-see.

The performances are top-notch, with each actor bringing depth and authenticity to their characters. The cinematography is exceptional, capturing the essence of the story with stunning visuals, and the music perfectly complements the mood of the film.
