It's a scene-by-scene copy of Asuran (2019). But Narappa, being a remake, is not even near to the original in terms of direction. The fighting scenes look very slow and non-violent. Also, so many slow-motion scenes ruin the thrill. The worst part of this movie is actress Priyamani. Who did nothing to fit her role of a mother and a young bride. She looks always the same and very modern despite every other woman look real villagers. Her hairstyle just doesn't fit this movie and also, she always looks the same from the beginning to end. Some other actors did very well. And Venkatesh is the life of this movie. Otherwise, not even closer to the original. This movie is only for Venkatesh fans. Otherwise, nothing else.
