2 hours and an half of visuals, slow scenes, pretentious/vague dialogues, people smoking to appear smart.

Parthenope is Naples: a young, beautiful woman who flirts with people but rarely sleeps with anyone.

One could make countless hours of metaphors about a woman and a big city, and they will all be true and vague. The watcher should simply take the mission to sit down and watch the "mistery" of life, death, love, miracles, whatever being displayed in that long, neverending scenes.

Oh, and football. Because Naples is also football! Maradona! 'o pallone! 'o scudetto!

Then happens nothing. This movie is all about building tension for something about to happen, but in the middle of the story you start to understand that nothing is going to actually happen, other than good photograhy, good cinematics, good acting and good music.

So this is a review about nothing, and nothing is what i will tell about this movie about nothing.

If you liked Midsommar, you will feel at home but You have already seen the good version of this movie, so You can skip to' the next without having lost anything. Do yourself a favour and save 100 minutes for something better to be seen.

I have appreciated the first season for the acting, the ambientation, the music (somehow), the filming and the concept. Still, i cannot stand the logic flaws which i will not describe to avoid a spoilering review. Let's just say that a company which is so big and jealous (for evident reasons) of its own secrets has so many stupid security breaches, on which the whole plot is based, that the whole viewing experience is flawed for me, and it is a great pity because the rest is very well done. I would really want to give an higher vote but there are no decimals and i don't want to give it a full 7.
