What an incredibly weird and unique cartoon! Took my toddler daughter to see it and she was glued to the screen the entire film. The voice acting was on point and the animation was cool and different.

I didn't know how I felt about such a strange premise for a film, but it was written really well. Also, there was a short film before it called "The Bad Guys", which was hilarious and the perfect intro to the film. I don't know that it was on par with the original "Shrek" or "Prince of Egypt", but it's definitely worth a watch, especially if you have kids in the household.

In conclusion, check this film out; you won't regret it.

Relatively deep idea with a hopelessly poorly idea. The idea was silly and honestly, genetic. There was very little deeper explanation as to how everything came to pass. It honestly reminded me of "Hereditary" except with a smaller budget and unknown actors. I honestly enjoyed this more to be honest.

As someone who watches a lot of indie horror films-particularly low budget- I was impressed by the writing and cinematography overall. The acting was good overall too! Just PLEASE work on the writing. Like, at the end of the day, that's all that's that matters.

In conclusion, "Malum" is...fine, but not great. It could be, but it's not. Watch it on Shudder if you have a subscription. Don't otherwise.

Interesting film, shot in a very interesting way. It includes a lot of great cinematography and some interesting acting. Dennis Quaid does a great job at portraying a creepy business tycoon who doesn't care about people's feelings. Demi Moore, of course, knocks it way out of the park.

Honestly, my only problem is that the new version of Demi Moore is relatively unattractive and has receding gums/horse teeth. I've seen her other things and have had the same issues with her there. If you're presenting someone as the ultimate version of someone else, this is stupid. It makes no sense. I may catch some flack for this, but I don't care. At the end of the day, solid film! Enjoy.
