First of all let me say I was forced to see this, and I admit it. I like AMERICAN IDOL, but I would never put any of the American Idol contestants in a movie unless they had acting talent. Everything about this movie sucked: the acting, directing, costuming, the plot, etc, etc, etc. I know it wasn't supposed to be some great masterpiece, but the movie studios shouldn't underestimate the level of our intelligence as they did with this movie.

I hate how FOX keeps bringing this show back and then cancelling it. Sometimes you can get lucky and catch it on Sci-Fi, but still. This is an awesome show! The stories are some of the most fascinating and creepiest stories I have ever heard. FOX: PLEASE PUT THIS SHOW BACK ON AND LEAVE ON!!!!!!!!

Like everyone else, I was very surprised to see that Tom Hanks was going to be playing a killer, but this is what made me first want to see the movie. I thought it was very well done, with wonderful performances by Tom Hanks and Paul Newman and wonderful directing by Sam Mendes. I give it 8.5/10 stars.
