Should I profile myself? Hmm. English Lit graduate who plays guitar and writes songs. That should probably do it.
[evil9]favourite actresses(no order) [evil1]
[aura]Danielle Harris-Why?- Because she was one of the best child actresses ever, putting in brilliant performances in TV and movies. Unfortunately her adult movie roles have not been very big so she has become forgotten. Needs to have a larger part in a 'big' film, or to give a strong performance in a smaller film to gain the recognition and respect she deserves. Recommend- Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead, The Last Boyscout

[love1]Kellie Martin-Why- Aside from having the best smile ever and just being gorgeous, she is a very talented actress who can usually be found in small TV movies. She mostly tries to avoid stardom and concentrates on challenging roles. Very genuine and down-to-earth, Hollywood should take a lesson from her. Recommend- After the Silence

[iloveu]Neve Campbell- Why?- As well as being the most beautiful woman I have ever seen, she is a very strong actress with great versatility, often making smaller, indie type movies, and working in theatre and ballet. Her performances in the Scream trilogy and Party of Five have ensured her status as an excellent actress, and she continues to avoid conventions. Also apparently very genuine and down to earth. Recommend-Scream trilogy, Party of Five, When will I be Loved, Wild Things, The Craft.

[love2]Lacey Chabert-Why?-Mainly because of Party of Five where she proved at a young age what a terrific actress she is. Like Danielle Harris, her adult movie roles have not been great. Like Harris, she does voices for the Wild Thornberries. Hopefully a well-respected and talented director will give her a strong part in a film so that a wider audience can see that she is a fully accomplished actress. Perhaps needs to avoid teen roles and films. Recommend-Party of Five

[love3]Audrey Hepburn- Why? One of the true classic Hollywood stars, more talented and beautiful than Monroe, and had some great performances. Renowned for oozing class she worked in many different genres from comedy to musical to horror, and was successful in each.Recommend- Breakfast at Tiffany's, Funny Face, Wait Until dark

[evil10]Tippi Hedren- Why? As well as being my favourite Hitchcock actress, which may seem odd, she is renowned for her brilliant work with animals, rescuing and looking after them, and some day I would love to visit her sanctuary- Shambala. Is always extremely commited in what she does and is always convincing. Recommend-The Birds, Marnie.

[love4]S.M. Gellar- Why?- Yes, mostly because of Buffy where she showed the world how strong young women could be, but more importantly for me, gave me hours of high quality, thought provoking and emotional entertainment. One of the most talented young actresses around, and always looking for more varied and difficult roles. Recommend- Buffy, The Grudge, Cruel Intentions

[sword]Isuzu Yamada- Why?- Have you seen Throne of Blood? One of the scariest performances ever, she just refuses to blink! Many other good performances too. Recommend Throne of Blood, Yojimbo

[love5]Robia la Morte-Why?- Buffy again, where she played Miss Calender, one of my favourite characters. Deserves more recognition and movie opportunities. I've always though she has a noirish look, so would be ideal for an old-style crime thriller, or an adaptation like LA Confidential which would show the worl how talented she is. Recommend-Buffy

[bunny]Kym Valentine-Why?- Played Libby in Neighbours, is gorgeous, a great actress who I would love to see make a name for herself on the big screen.

[love6]Gabrielle Anwar-Why?- For Bodysnatchers and Denver where she gives 2 great performances. Has worked with some of the best actors around, but is still relatively unknown. Like many of my other favourite actresses, she deserves to star in a 'big' movie again and have a strong part. After all, what's the sense in having the same 4 or 5 actresses in every film going at the moment- Jolie, Kidman, Zelwegger, Watts, and Berry? Very beautiful, and an accomplished actress.

[love6]Nanako Matsushima-Why?- The 1st 2 Ring movies, she is excellent in both as well as being v. pretty. Deserves to make equally successful films, and it would be good if she could make an appearance in a Western-Hollywood film. Maybe Kitano or Miike will cast her...

[love7]Natalie Portman-Why?- Her earlier performances such as in Leon marked her out as someone special, but has since not done a REALLY good film. Shines in everything she does, will hopefully make Episode 3 even better. Recommend- Leon, Beautiful Girls, The Clone Wars.

[blah]Corinne Bohrer-Why?- Unknown actress pretty much, but well respected by those who have worked with her. Mainly for Police Academy 4...also in early friends episodes.

[blush]Jenny Agutter-Why?- One of the best English actresses I can mention, excellent in Werewolf. If I was making a movie, I'd want her to star as my Mum. Recommend- An American werewolf in London, Logan's Run, Walkabout.

[love8]Yuki Nakama-Why?- Ringu 0. Her performance is breathtaking, covering many emotions. Astonishingly pretty, and very convincing in the role.

[wild]Emily Procter-Why?- For her lightening fast speeches in The West Wing, and because she has a great voice. Will hopefully get better movie roles.

[love9]Sabrina Lloyd-Why?- for Sliders where she played Wade, another underrated actress, much more attactive than most of the big name stars around.

[winkgrin]Lynne Holly Johnson-Why?-Many see her as annoying, but I don't. Good in Bond and Watcher in the Woods. Great ice-skater too.

[flowercat]Izabella Scorupco-Why?- Her performance in Goldeneye was enough to get my attention, one of the best Bond Girls ever, and a very good actress who needs bigger roles. recommend-Goldeneye, Reign of Fire.

[nicebat]Famke Janssen-Why?- See Above. Has since gone on to much greater fame, and is a very accomplished actress. Recommend- X-men 1,2, Goldeneye.

[joker]Sally Phillips-Why?- One of Britain's best new wave female Comedians, along with Lucy Porter, and actresses who should hopefully reach a wider audience. Recommend-Smack the pony, Churchill.

[clap]Eva marie Saint-Why?- Another of Hitchcock's ladies, very good in North by Northwest and the perfect partner for Brando in On the Waterfront.

[cats]Anna Paquin-Why?- Another of the true breed of best young actresses around, highly talented and of course an Oscar winner. Endlessly better actress than the likes of Lohan, Moore etc. Recommend-X-men 1,2, The Piano, Fly away Home, Almost Famous.

[explode]Sigourney Weaver-Why?- Her performances as Ripley redifined what a woman could do in the movies, and has since shown her other acting abilities. Recommend- Alien 1-4, Gorillas in the mist.

[cat]Winona Ryder-Why?- One of the best actresses of the late 20th century, making many excellent performances, and never conforming to typical roles. Deserves all the credit in the world. Recommend- Heathers, Beetlejuice, Little Women, Dracula, Mermaids, Girl, interrupted, Edward Scissorhands.

[whitecat]Sandra Bullock-Why?- A very talented and charming actress with a few very good roles. Wish she would make another big film though, rather than succumbing to the dreaded romantic comedy. Recommend-Speed, Demolition Man, While you were sleeping, Miss Congeniality, The Vanishing.

[chatty]Geena Davis-Why?- One of my all-time favourite actresses, deserving of all the awards she has received and more. Always gives everything she has in each film. Recommend-The Fly, Thelma and Louise, The Long Kiss Goodnight.

[clown]Claudia Black-Why?- For Farscape, the 3rd best sci-fi series of the nineties, only after the X-files and Buffy. She is always impressive in her repeatedly demanding role, deserves to make it big worldwide.

[trendy]Gigi Edgly-Why?- Again for Farscape, and an equally brilliant actress. Very feisty.

[angel]Jennifer Love Hewitt-Why?- Brilliant in Party of Five, but has since been put in similar roles. Beautiful, and apparantly a good singer too, but needs to expand her roles as I know she can.

[aura]Linda Hamilton-Why?- For the Terminators. Her performances in both films were deserving of Oscars, but such films never win. Also very good in Beauty and The Beast, but usually avoids big movies now.

[evil2]favourite actors.[fight6]
[jump1]Toshiro Mifune-Why?- The best actor ever. Highly intense, yet capable of conveying any feeling with a single look. Recommend-The Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, Rashomon, Throne of blood.

[jump2]Johnny Depp-Why?- Truly one of the most talented actors around, has had many excellent performances and always gives any film a boost.Recommend-Edward Scissorhands, Ed Wood, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

[jump4]Al Pacino-Why?- No nonsene or ego, Pacino is easily one of the best actors ever. Recommend-Godfather Trilogy, Donnie Brasco, Dog Day Afternoon, Scarface

[afro]Samuel L. Jackson-Why?- Not only cool and iconic, but a brilliant actor too.Recommend-Pulp Fiction, The Long Kiss Goodnight, Die Hard with a Vengeance

[jump5]Christopher Walken-Why?- has given some of the best performances in movie history, and is effortlessly cool.Recommend-The Deer Hunter, True Romance, Things to Do in Denver when you're dead.

[fight1]Arnold Schwarzenegger-Why?- The greatest movie star ever, has made some of the best films of his time, a truly underrated actor, again worthy of many awards for The Terminators.Recommend-Terminators, Predator, Commando, Conan the Barbarian

[fight2]Bruce Lee-Why?- Truly inspirational, smart, peaceful, spiritual, best martial artist ever, talented actor, writer, director, great man, legend.

[clown]Rik Mayall-Why?- one of the best British comedians and actors ever, and one of the few who has had an impact outside Britain.

[confused]Joseph Pilato-Because his performance in Day of the Dead should have propelled him into the limelight as it is one of the best i have seen. Psychotic, funny, cool, evil, should have made more well respected films.

[fight5]Steve Buscemi- One of the best actors of his generation, making some of the most memorable performances of the nineties. Just cool, funny. Recommend- Resevoir Dogs, Fargo, Desperado, Denver, Ghost World.

[fight6]Jack Nicholson-One of the best ever, just check his career. Recommend- One Flew over the Cuckoo's nest, Easy Rider, The Shining, The Postma always rings twice, Batman

[cool]James Stewart- An actor who impressed against the odds with his ability rather than looks or credibility. Recommend-Vertigo, Rear Window, It's a Wonderful Life.

[jump6]Andy Garcia-Underrated, but one of the best actors who appeared in the late 80's, early 90's. For Untouchables and Denver.

[jump7]Keifer Sutherland-Why?- For The Lost Boys, but has since gone on to other great roles.

[fight3]Michael Biehn-Why?-For T1 and T2, Aliens and Tombstone, one of the best and most underrated actors around.

[jump10]Harrison Ford-Why?- Han Solo, Indiana Jones!

[fight7]Kyle Machlaclan-Why?-Excellent in Twin Peaks and Blue Velvet

[fight8]Rob Lowe-Why?-For The Stand, a performance for the...ages.

[hasta]Hiroyuki Sanada-Why?-Perhaps the finest of the 'new breed' of Japanese movie stars, strong and convincing performer.

[fight8]Matt Dillon-Why?-Underrated, made some great early films but has slipped away since.

[fight9]Corey Feldman-Why?-Another child actor who failed to make it adult success, but the films and performances he did make are still excellent.

[eek]Jim Carrey-Why?-The funniest actor of the nineties who came out of Hollywood, but much more than that.

[laugh]Rowan Atkinson-Why?-One of the best comedians ever, Mr Bean repeatedly makes me laugh as well as Blackadder and the rest.

[uhoh]Reece Shearsmith-Why?- As well as the rest of the League of Gentlemen, the funniest new English comedian, above all the Office stuff.

[fight10]Gary Oldman-Why?-Another accomplished actor who has had many great roles from sid Vicious to Dracula.

[fight4]Bill Paxton-Why?-At times funny, scary, but always good, another highly underrated actor who continues to impress and do new things.

[smoke1]Steve Mcqueen-Why?-Another legened, effortlessly cool and skilled actor.

[devilconf]Edward G. Robinson-Why?-Could be any character, but always added something of is own quick fire charm to each role. Watch Double Indemnity.
