If you have only a very tiny little bit of affection for Robbie Williams, it like just one of his songs, I think you'll enjoy this. It's not as saccharine as some major biopics, but has a lot of heart and the monkey stuff makes very little difference after the first few minutes.

I cried quite a few times during the film and enjoyed remembering watching him at festivals when I was younger and listening to his albums.

People forget the significance of RW ti British life in the 90's and early 2000's. He was almost always number one album or single and broke records with gigs etc. He defined a generation of Brits and I think there is barely a Brit over 20 who doesn't know all of the words to 'Angels'.

I should first make clear that I'm a Dylan fan which helps in the appreciation of such films. I was also a big fan of Walk The Line.

I had very high expectations of this film and they were exceeded. Not wanting to big it up too much for others, but I really thought it was fantastic. Timmy gave the best performance of his career and I think, one of the best cinema performances in a biography I have ever seen.

Bob Dylan is quiet, brooding and cantankerous- I think it takes a lot of acting to not act much. Timmy embodied Dylan, his nuances, the way he puts his glasses on, his mannerisms and his voice. I mean come on, Timmy did an amazing job with the guitar playing and the voice.

Can't wait to watch it again.

Obviously they were building on two of the most successful tv comedies of all time (the office UK and the office US). Firstly they didn't go with the fun and warmth of the US version or the awkwardness of the UK one.

If it was a stand alone comedy about an office, it might not have been that bad, but why, why, why did they have to link it the office?

Maybe us Australian humour, but I didn't find it funny. And feel bad for those that created it.they should have just made it a comedy in a different work setting and it may have had a better chance. Some of the characters are kind of funny, but not laugh out loud by any means. All feels a bit too try hard.
