This 3½ hour walk through the Roman Empire is surprisingly good. The storyline is kept interesting by shifting between narating events as they unfold, letting experts with special knowledge tell little interesting tidbits, and having actors put voices to the writings and stories left behind for later generations to find - thus shaping the characters and plotting the events - all adding to make the 1st century come to life once again.
I cannot tell whether this documentary is accurate in all aspects, but it tells an interesting and emotionally rich story of the Roman Empire. I liked it.

...because it's got irony an lots of it.
A woman discovers she can do things out of this world. At first she's bit confused and chooses to live in denial of her powers. After a series of incidents she gets emotionally out of of balance and starts having suicidal tendencies. And how it goes from there I'm not telling. See for yourself.
One stroke of genius this film has is it's use of irony. Often the actors are pulled a side and "interviewed" like we see on behind-the-camera documentaries - only here the actors stay in character. This nifty idea lifts the movie above the run-of-the-mill super hero stories and gives it a unique touch which I liked.
See it and be surprised. I give it 7 out of 10.

...if your into bollocks of any kind. Then this is the movie for you. Our 3 "heroes" embark on a journey to find love... well actually it's not that romantic - they want to score dames to tell the truth. On their way they make many rather poor decisions. All of which makes it even harder to reach their goal. Leaving everything to chance and planning only 5 minutes ahead, we follow these 3 guys around, watching them getting a few lucky breaks.
Anyway, the movie is really low budget and as such does not deliver any stunning visual effects or truly wonderful scenarios. Neither is it meant to be another true-to-real-world kind of movie. Take it only for what it is; a really weird movie with some good laughs.
I liked it.
