In my mind it's the best JP Belmondo movie! It's done in his best acting era and also technically and artistically it is excellent Belmondo movie! Even Morricone did sound for this movie! As all Belmondo aficionados know, the script and plot has not to much of importance but here it is quite good! Also he does some stunts in this movie also! Only thing with this movie I don't like is that I haven't found it with Englis subs or translation. So I have seen it in my language long time ago (about 20yrs) and lately with different languages. I am Belmondo fan but I like this movie best also because his choice of car/cars in here. He is driving Lotus Super Seven which is superb sportster in the world! Anyway, go and see it!

This is quite good (if you like soviet movies)comedy which includes some hidden inside jokes about soviet system. Now there is DVD version available in Estonia and it has English subtitles! However this movie should be understand in Estonian language. In this movie appear also young Katrin Karisma and some other now famous actors. Furthermore, it includes good old time Estonian superstars like super funny Ervin Abel and Lia Laats! Their use of language is unbearable and total laughingstock. I liked it also because in movie one can see nice and clean '70es Tallinn and soviet era furniture and living conditions. It's so nostalgic. One of most funniest soviet era Estonian comedies! Recommend strongly!

I watched lately this movie and enjoyed a lot. I love old French movies anyway. But this one had kind of nice storyline in it also. It was directed quite well. Picture didn't jump around and kept in line with story. It had even some musical touch and it was nice to hear old French songs. It didn't to become boredom though. It stopped singing fast enough. Movie was filmed around cities in different European countries and scenes were pretty. Also acting work was professional level and much more robust than Hollywood acting. Less sugar coating! I would recommend this movie to any Francophile and also crime movie liker! It is really fun to watch and something different from nowadays.
