This seems to be the 3rd in a row of Viking Movies churned out cheaply.

Two warring family's, one after blood hunting the other as they are running for their lives looking to start fresh.

Unlike the other two this one is watchable.

Nothing perfect. Its a cheep film with cheep costumes and probs. Modern hair cuts and some odd accents.

However, this film has spent some budget on getting real Actors in.

A great actor in one scene but very memorable as a big Berserker.

Theres is a really good fight scene. Its with the Son of the Father and half naked Vikings. The fights scenes are decent and get better as the film goes on.

The main leads who play the leaders of two different family's are fantastic. One scene sticks out and the reason I had to leave a review, is with these two sitting in the woods over a fire acting their hearts out.

Yeah this movie deserves to be known as one of the best ever made.

This film is easily considered one of the greatest films of all time and I definitely agree with this fact.

This film, based on a Stephen King short story, is rightfully considered a classic. There are no scenes that felt unnecessary from start to finish the story moves at a good pace. We see both the good and the bad inside the prison.

Hollywood has lost the ability to make good films nowadays.

Shawshank has somehow transcended the test of time; and I believe that it has endured, not because of the great performances (which don't seem to be acting at all, but real), not because of the simple, but multi-level, story line with its twists and turns,
