The length of the movie is just right . Lighthearted film , though screenplay , characterization, authenticity of story telling could have been better . What stood out for me was Yami's performance and the chemistry between the two leads . This was probably one of her finest works, seemed very believable and natural and both characters seem to be having fun with their roles , hence the chemistry probably . However the rest of the cast was unfortunately trying a lot harder hence the overall narrative probably was not as impactful .

Definitely a one time watch , as mentioned earlier the length is perfect so you don't start to feel dragged .

I am glad finally there is a serious attempt made to create our own Sci-Fi universe . The story line and concept is powerful, multiple layers can be built in the future and character arcs have huge potential .

Part 1 was almost there , there were parts that were inserted to please the Prabhas fan club, and also larger Telugu audience . The movie could have been sharper , focused on building character arcs rather than action sequences ; dance and song could definitely have been avoided . Comedy in sci-fi has to be part of the script and should not look inserted as in this case. I genuinely hope we have a far more sharper but grander spectacle in Part 2 and may be start working on Part 3. Eagerly look forward to the next one.

Small town story combined with a real life incident . A great combination. If the story is told well you get magic . That's what happened with Manjummel boys. Great casting and characterization, very relatable, excellent direction and screenplay . The element of friendship as a very strong bond adds the emotional element . The story very subtly deals with the issue superstitions but does not over do it else the film could have taken a different and unnecessary direction. The length of the film is just right , you do not get bored . The entire rescue operation does keep you engaged , you feel the helplessness but then you wait for the glory moment and k is it's eventually coming .

It also delivers another important message which as a society we need to get far better at - Rules are made to follow not to break .
