I read the other reviews of this film and it feels like we did not see the same movie. Straight of the bat. This is a suspenseful thriller with horror elements (which people jumped in their seat from), but it is not a hard core horror. It has cool plot and a mystery to be solved. A baby left at a cemetery in the US 20 years ago has an adult managed to track down Norway as the place were she thinks she can find out who and why she was left. Things start getting dicey soon as she makes contact with the people she thinks has answers and from there on out it is one of the most suspenseful films I have seen this year. A elegantly told story with surprises accompanied beautiful cinematography, yes a bit dark at times, but it suites the tone. I also really liked parts of the score. Could be to demanding for younger viewers just looking for gore and killing. There was some truly great acting (I must mention the main character Hunter, the guy that plays her father and her grandfather) I have no idea who these people are that would say the acting is bad or that the English accents are bad. Have you not understood the movie? They have accents because they are Norwegians talking to an American. Also the acting was surprisingly good! I think this film is perfect for people that love a good mystery and can take a scare, but don't want a jump scare fest.

A movie funny, moving and important all at the same time. I was forced to watch this by a Indian college that is an avid watcher of movies and he said it would be different to any other indian movie I had seen. He was so right. This is a movie that touches you emotionally in several ways while it discusses important social issues, which in some ways universal, but maybe are more important to discuss in Asian countries. The relationship between parents and children and the expectations that follow are central to some of the themes being discussed in this true perl of a movie. I would recommend anyone to see this film if the love movies.

Like many other other musician/band movies of late, this film does not feel like it is trying to dig deep in to the inner workings of who Elvis Priestly truly was and as such one should look at this movie more as a celebration of the incredible success story he was and the millions he touched. I was never a Elvis fan my self, too young, but you can't help getting dragged into Elvis mania, when you watch this movie. Of course it does have it's villain, the Colonel, that narrates the film and naturally does not see him self as the villain, but way of telling the story gives some dimension into the contradictions, obstacles and failures of the King, even if you can sense that this can not be considered close to fact. Performances were brilliant, as well as direction and everything else. It was a real joy for the senses.
