A wealthy over-age man is in love with a pretty but desperately poor girl. He thinks that love between an old man and a young girl is something unthinkable. Thus, he sells his soul to the Devil and he becomes young one more time but this time a complete broke. His goal is to win the love of the pretty girl. After a while he achieves it. At the same time, a friend of his, having opposite ideas about youth and marriage and despite being over-age, is trying to win the girl's heart with his money.
