Almost wore out my Fast Forward button on this series. It was about 4 episodes too long, with extended scenes of people walking down streets or corridors or driving around. I watched with Closed Captions on, but could never figure out why when characters were not speaking English there were no captions. So when people spoke French, Norwegian, German, Japanese, Italian or Esperanto I just fast forwarded again.
Also cared not at all for the love angle with some of the characters (some of whom spoke in non-English languages, so if there were important plot points they were lost on me.)
Special effects were also not that special. I liked some of the characters, disliked a few and hated one or two (Charlie, for sure.)

Changing Rooms
Where's Handy Andy when you need him (and the other "adults in the room?" Although the new host is pleasant, the two designers were too, well, too too. And Lawrence certainly hasn't mellowed with age, getting as campy as the two men (and too full of himself.)
The rooms were also terrible, almost making you forget the disaster of the great hanging teapot debacle.
I looked forward to new series of the show, and may try another depending on if they use different designers, but this was hard to watch. Grow up, people; we watch the show for the designs and the challenges, not the prancing around and grandstanding.
P. S. And what's with the hair? (Not on the people.)

I found this to be one of the stupidest episodes (as is the following one featuring Ford, which has one of those long-winded musical numbers featuring the four stars in what the fast-forward button was invented for.)
Tennessee Ernie was a popular singer and must have been a friend of Arnaz and Ball to have been awarded two episodes where his aw-shucks act was at the forefront.
And here we have another example of someone not being able to recognize a "disguised" Lucy, which became a very tiresome trope throughout the series.
Update: Ford returns in his hillbilly persona in Season 4 when the foursome inexplicably winds up in Bent Fork, Tennessee on the way to California and we get another painfully unfunny episode.
Not many TV series hit a high note every time up, so it's forgivable that Lucy's show gave us a few clunkers. Now and then.
