If you haven't seen the first "Old Guard" movie, you'll find this sequel impossible to follow-an amateurish mistake for any franchise. Even fans of the original will struggle to make sense of the messy plot.
The opening scene is shockingly poorly shot, falling far below Hollywood standards. The weak, childish storyline and shallow dialogues drag down what could have been an engaging sequel. The music is lame, and the directing, editing, and cinematography lack the atmosphere and polish of the first film. It shouldn't even be called "The Old Guard 2" because nothing of the original remains. Avoid.

The first 25 minutes of Ocean with David Attenborough are breathtaking-filled with stunning visuals and fascinating, little-known facts about marine life, much like Attenborough's other masterpieces.
But then came the industrial bottom-trawling scene-and I was overwhelmed. Watching the destruction of the ocean floor was brutal. It was not just shocking; it was heartbreaking. I had to stop watching. It hurt deeply.
I'm not sure if I can bring myself to finish the documentary. As a human being, I felt ashamed. We are destroying everything that is beautiful and vital. This film is important, but it's also painful. A must-watch-but not an easy one.

In "Hurt Man," Erik recounts his father's abuses to his lawyer in a gripping single-shot interview. The camera slowly approaches him, transitioning from a wide angle to a close-up over the course of 33 minutes. This technique immerses the audience in a raw, realistic portrayal of a criminal interview. The harrowing stories are almost too much to bear-so disturbing.
Cooper Koch's performance makes you feel as though he has truly lived through these horrific experiences. I believe that this episode will earn a place in TV history. I haven't seen such brilliant acting in a single shot in years. Congratulations!
