This came on late one night, and I decided that I was in the mood for a crappy B-Movie, I ended up watching the whole thing. This isn't a good movie, but Madchen Amick looks good, and it has some funny moments like when the police bust in on a Senator getting dominated by a prostitute and they show it in slow-motion, it's hard to explain but really funny. Also, the plot twist is kind of cool. In conclusion, this movie is pretty lame, but that makes it somewhat funny, and not a total waste of time.

Worse than batman forever.... This movie is so damn boring, it spends all of its time trying to convince the viewer how "cool" the main character is, well he isn't "cool", he's a goober... Nothing happens in this movie, it's just about showing us what a "great guy" the main character is, so what? If you want to see a boring movie with homo-erotic undertones which are never addressed, than this is the movie for you
