This is one of the best films I've watched in quite a while. I found it very engaging, very moving. And very realistic.

I especially liked Blake Lively in the lead role. I don't understand the criticism about her acting from other reviewers. She absolutely nails it, IMHO.

Excellent writing, great camera work, outstanding acting throughout. I even loved that it was filmed in Boston. Yay for the Back Bay! And that beautiful suspension bridge.

I especially appreciated the way the domestic abuse was portrayed. The relationship starts out great, romantic, beautiful - and then the guy starts on the abuse, denying it was abuse, gaslighting, escalating. So real! And then...

I thought the ending was great.
