Mad_e in Bangladesh

Its a great comedy/satire with a message that's still relevant for Bangladesh. It probably has the most unique plot I've seen in a Bangla movie. It's an extremely funny movie, which makes it more re-watchable. Zahid Hasan gave a tremendous performance, his angry and psychotic attitudes felt so authentic. All that said, i do have some issues with the movie; the first act was very dull and not really that necessary, i think the whole act could've been cut. But the moment the main act (which takes place in the DC office) starts, you are hooked! It's very entertaining from that point. The other flaw is that some moments were kinda overdramatic (like the childish fight between the two members of opposite parties). People might complain about some plot points being unrealistic, but in my opinion those shouldn't be taken seriously since the movie is a satire.

Most of the artisan acted in this drama are prominent in Bangladeshi film industry. Their acting has been sufficiently supported with a noteworthy story. Dialogues and expressions made the way to enjoy the satirical drama worth watching and remarkable also.

I feel like this movie is a direct call to corrupted governance of Bangladesh starting from the clerks to the DC officers. Farooqi managed to get all of the top tier actors and actresses of Bangladesh at that generation and they provided their class. Zahid hasan was fabulous and my god his expressions were a chef's kiss,specially the way his facial changes are seen immediately from an angered psychopath to smiling angel sometimes in the movie.

Story is linear and it is about a deranged guy who comes to dhaka from ratanpur just to find a job as he graduated recently. Getting hurdles along the way he shifts his personality to overcome what he thinks is corrupted. Little bit of problem were there in the story and the character could've been more developed in the run which was missing.

Overall,i still would suggest every "Bangladeshi" to watch this once in his/her lifetime.
