Ricky Greenwood delivers three dumb vignettes for this Transsensual title, the main event being a Brazzers-imitation called "Breastmilk: It Does a Threesome Good".

Syren De Mer plays Kimmy Kimm's new stepmother, who is to chaperone Kimmy's "Girls Night" (sort of a sleepover) with TS star Zariah Aura after her husband (David Lord, uncredited in a silly cameo) leaves.

Zariah humps Kimmy, then Syren seduces Zariah, resulting in a hectic lesbian threesome. But the overt Brazzers slapstick influence is in the copious fake ejaculations (spouting onto faces from off-screen), first of Syren's breast milk and later Zariah's cum shot. The fact that Zariah first delivers a real cum shot onto the women's faces gets lost in the shuffle.

The other two vignettes are standard "cheating" scenes. Kasey Kei complains to her co-worker Robby Echo/Apples about her boyfriend and Robby ends up seducing her for sex-in-the-office-action. Of note is the fact that these scenes are usually featuring Gay Porn studs with TS stars like Kasey, but Robby has no history of any Gay Porn assignments.

The other scene could have been made for Brazzers' "Doctor Adventures" series.
