Stubborn Love

Two favorites of Allherluv label's fans get highly romantic in "Stubborn Love", a simple and direct vignette of passion between two dissimilar roommates.

Addison Vodka plays a college dropout who has to work hard for a living as a cook, while her lover Aubree Valentine is a rich kid, supported by her father, a wealthy lawyer. To Aubree, their relationship is carefree, and she hopes they'll eventually get married and live happily ever after.

But Addison is painfully aware that life is not just a bed of roses, and she balks when Aubree suggests she doesn't need to keep working at an arduous job -she'll take care of both of them.

Maddy Burton's screenplay doesn't take a Pollyannaish attitude to the situation, but instead, aided by the convincing performances by these talented actresses, demonstrates how true love conquers all, even a bit of stubbornness. Especially when Addison's seemingly being stubborn is a fully justified expression of self-respect.
