I watched Mithde recently, and honestly, it's one of the most refreshing Punjabi films I've seen in a while. Everything about the movie felt real and enjoyable, and it leaves you thinking even after it ends.

First, let's talk about Lakshjeet's debut-he truly surprised me. For a first film, his performance was outstanding. His screen presence was strong, and he played his role naturally, without overacting or trying too hard. It never felt like he was new; he looked confident and fit perfectly in the story. It's safe to say that Lakshjeet has made a solid entry into Punjabi cinema.

As always, Amberdeep Singh's direction was excellent. He knows how to tell simple stories in a meaningful way. Mithde is no different. He kept the flow of the movie smooth, mixing humor and emotions beautifully. You never feel bored or disconnected at any point. His way of presenting real-life situations on screen is something special, and once again, he nailed it.

One of the strongest points of the movie is its script. It's not just a normal rom-com; it carries a deep message. The movie shows the reality of today's youth-the dream of going abroad at any cost. It also highlights how people sometimes put money above everything else, even relationships and values. The story even shows how far families might go, like marrying a Guru to her student, just to get financial benefits or foreign visas. This is something many people will relate to, and it's shown in a very honest and impactful way.

Coming to the leading ladies, both Roopi Gill and Tania were fantastic in their roles. Roopi Gill, who plays the female lead opposite Lakshjeet, was perfect for her role. She played her character with so much grace and simplicity. Her expressions and acting felt natural, and her chemistry with Lakshjeet looked real and sweet.

Tania, on the other hand, played a strong and mature character, and as always, she did full justice to her role. She has a strong screen presence, and every scene she was in felt powerful. Both actresses brought their own charm to the story, and their performances added a lot to the movie.

The screenplay was well-written, and the dialogues felt real-something you can hear in everyday life. Nothing felt forced or fake, which made the movie even more enjoyable. The balance between comedy, romance, and serious moments was handled very well.

The supporting cast also did a great job. Everyone's acting felt natural and believable, which helped make the film feel more relatable.

Another highlight of the movie was the music and cinematography. The songs fit well with the story and didn't feel like unnecessary add-ons. The visuals captured the beauty of Punjab while also showing the contrast between local life and the dream of moving abroad.

Overall, Mithde is not just a light-hearted romantic comedy-it's a movie with a message. It shows us how society's thinking has changed and how people often chase money and foreign dreams without thinking about real happiness.

Mithde was not just a movie it was an emotion for everyone the cinema was fully indulged in watching it and there was some connection with everyone present in the cinema. It was a masterpiece and no doubt it is "Amberdeep da cinema". The best thing about this movie is that the time flies very fast while watching it which means everyone got so much connected with the movie that they don't care about the time. The moment you enter the cinema all the characters got attached with you and it doesn't feel like a movie anymore. Raja's character was so sweet and the actresses had also done great work so it is my personal opinion that you should go to cinemas and watch Mithde.

I don't understand the hype around Tania . Her performance in Mithde was flat, emotionless, and completely uninspired. Every scene she was in felt forced, as if she was just reading lines without any real connection to the character.

Her expressions were either exaggerated or nonexistent, making it hard to take any of her emotional moments seriously. Even when the script gave her dramatic or heartfelt material, she failed to bring any depth to the role. The supporting cast did a much better job, and it was frustrating to see her struggle in comparison.

It's clear that she's been cast more for her looks than her actual acting ability. I've given her the benefit of the doubt in previous films, but at this point, it's obvious she lacks range. Hopefully, she improves with experience, but for now, I just don't see the appeal.

Wouldn't recommend watching this movie if you're expecting a strong lead performance.

Tania knows how to convert good movie in bad movie.

Awesome movie, what an acting by laksh duleh and all the characters. Worth watching an old school love story for whole family.

Great message for the people who are eager to go to Canada, leaving their village and their parents. And the concept of including Maharaja Ranjit Singh ji in the movie was extraordinary. Make these kind of movies in the coming future too.

Everyone should go and watch this movie with their children and their parents. It is worth the money and time. We need these type of movies in the Punjabi industry, rather than highlighting violence and killings.

Mithde is a complete disappointment. Amberdeep Singh, known for his storytelling, delivers a weak, predictable script with lifeless characters and no emotional depth. The acting is uninspired, with Amberdeep himself lacking conviction. The direction feels confused, and the slow pacing makes it dull. Even the music and cinematography fail to impress. The film lacks engaging moments or originality, making it a waste of time and money. Fans expected better, but Mithde falls flat on every level. Skip it-there are far better Punjabi films worth watching instead of this poorly executed mess. I don't know why people still praising this. Due to huge advertising only i went to watch this, but really not worth watching.
