After a one-night-stand with her boss going public, Caroline begrudgingly enters into a marriage contract with him, while trying to make sure Grandma doesn't figure them out.
Having her drink spiked which lead to a one night stand with her boss, Caroline Dean (Sophia Delucchi), is forced into a contract marriage with Edward Frost (Luke Charles Stafforod) after her boyfriend Jake (Benjamin David Thomas Shepherd) steals the $200K she had saved for her brother Michael's (Johnny Briseno) surgery. Leading to a whirlwind romance between the two, in which Caroline discovers just how much Edward has loved her since their chance meeting in the toilets, when she was giving herself a pep talk for her job interview! Battling her ex every step of the way, and his new fiancé Abby (Ashley BeLoat), who has her sights set on now seducing Edward, trying to avoid Edwards half-brother, Ian's (Evan Brown), schemes and convince his Grandma (Elyse Mirto) that they are really a couple.
Sophia Delucchi is fabulous as Caroline, in her own right Sophia is a stand out actress across the board, but in this role she truly shines and shows off a different side of her abilities we don't often get to see! She is funny, caring and incredibly intelligent. Her awkward side glances and the HILARIOUS makeover scene with Michael Vaccaro, coupled with the love she shows to her brother and Edward, shows just how much Carolinea really is the complete package and I couldn't picture anyone else in this role other than Sophia.
Luke Charles Stafford is also hilarious in this series as Edward Frost, but not only that, the way Luke has the ability to make you laugh one minute and swoon the next, demonstrates his incredible talent and abilities as an actor. The scene where they get to know each other over drinking is one of my favourites from this series, and in particular the look of fondness on Edwards face when looking at Sophia is truly adorable. Luke is always an absolute pleasure to watch and this is no exception.
This series is a feel good fun rom-com with so many memorable moments, where you get to watch Caroline and Edward fall in love. It is a lovely watch.
