I loved this movie.!I loved what this movie represented. 10s across the board. All the characters brung their A game to the movie. The best friend in the movie was the best friend everyone needs. She pushes Tiffany to believe in herself and not give up on her dreams. Not to mention, Mario did his thing. That man is fine fine. His voice is on point. He is too unrated. Glad he's releasing new music. I need to download the soundtrack to the movie. Bet+ released another great Christmas movie. For the last two year Bet+ have stepped up the Christmas movie. I love the direction. Keep up the good work!
So, this movie was actually entertaining! I thought the storyline was great! There were very few over the top moments and gutter classless moments which tend to taint a lot of black holiday movies. This movie was actually believable and earthy.
Hands down to the acting abilities of Mario. He was a natural and to think he's pushing 40 in two years and the man doesn't look a day over 25. I need to know that skin routine because he looks like a black Ken doll. If I had to rate his acting it would be 9/10. I need to see him cry!
I hope BET+ actually continues this line of holiday movies! It was not gutter like Tubi but it wasn't too milky like Hallmark! I want Mario to keep acting!!

This was such a great movie and I loved it. I loved the dynamic between Teddy and Tiffany even though it didn't start out conventional at all. It was so beautiful. Style Me for Christmas is a charming holiday film that offers a delightful blend of romance, fashion, and Christmas magic. The story revolves around an ambitious fashion stylist who gets her dream assignment: creating a dazzling holiday wardrobe for a client who turns out to be more than she bargained for. As the festive season unfolds, so does an unexpected connection that reminds viewers of the true meaning of love, family, and embracing one's authentic self.
The film shines with its vibrant holiday aesthetic, from sparkling Christmas lights to stunning winter fashion ensembles that steal the spotlight. The costume design plays a significant role in elevating the movie's visual appeal, creating a feast for the eyes that fashion enthusiasts will adore.
The cast brings warmth and humor to the screen. The leads share a chemistry that feels natural and heartwarming, while the supporting characters add depth and charm to the story. The plot, while predictable at times, maintains the cozy and comforting formula that makes Christmas movies so beloved.
Where Style Me for Christmas truly excels is in its heartfelt moments. It reminds us that the holidays aren't just about glitter and glamour but about connection, generosity, and self-discovery.
If you're a fan of holiday movies with a touch of style and sentiment, Style Me for Christmas is a delightful addition to your Christmas watchlist. It's the perfect movie to pair with a warm mug of cocoa and a cozy blanket.

Of course I had never heard about the 2024 Christmas movie "Style Me For Christmas" from director LazRael Lison prior to sitting down to watch it as part of a Christmas movie marathon here in all of December. Was I expecting much from the movie? No, hardly so. But still, I opted to watch it, since I had never seen it, nor ever heard about it.
Writers Lynette J. Blackwell and Julene Fleurmond actually put together a surprisingly nice storyline, not to mention an enjoyable and entertaining one. There was a nice message to the story, which made it more than just another generic Christmas movie.
I was not familiar with a single face on the screen, aside from leading actress Raven Goodwin. And why the casting departed opted to cast 'Chris Rock Light' from Wish, aka Mario, for the movie was simply beyond my comprehension. Aside from that guy, I will say that the acting performances in the movie were fair.
While I did manage to sit through the entire movie, I have to say that the movie just wasn't Christmassy enough to really be a good Christmas movie, despite having a good storyline. But the movie was just lacking that particular sappy Christmas ingredient that makes a movie an archetypical Christmas movie. So if you sit down to watch "Style Me For Christmas" with the hopes of being in for a traditional Christmas movie, you might be sorely disappointed.
"Style Me For Christmas" is definitely not going to be a Christmas classic. Nor is it a movie that I will ever return to watch a second time.
My rating of director LazRael Lison's 2024 movie "Style Me For Christmas" lands on a six out of ten stars.
