"Corina" is one of the best Mexican films of recent years, a drama with comic elements that tells the story of a young woman with agoraphobia who decides to dare to leave her comfort zone and takes her on an adventure to save her job. The costume design and art direction succeed in representing the year 2000, in which the story takes place. The cinematography is good, taking advantage of the filming locations in the city of Guadalajara. The performances are impeccable, especially that of Naian González Norvind in the title character. The direction work of Urzula Barba Hopfner stands out in every scene of the film. "Corina" is a great film that deserves to be seen on the big screen.
