Akuyaku Reijô Tensei Oji-san

I just planned on watching every new release out there that belonged to the Isekai genre and I really expected to be let down but this one really blew me away. I had expected it to have a either a terrible plot, terrible animation, a non-fitting theme, bad direction or any of the usual issues in the Isekai genre but I couldn't expect it to be perfect in every regard. It fits the theme perfectly. The show doesn't try to take itself seriously and that's what makes it so much fun to watch. The dramatics are just right. Nothing is overly done. I really don't find a single solitary issue in what this anime is and represents. Maybe it's all downhill from the first episode but I can say that at least the first episode if nothing else, was amazing.
