Tom Green: I Got A Mule!

I give tom tremendous credit for reinventing himself and not trying to be the same person from 20+ years ago. I enjoyed his new take on life and am really happy that he is happy doing what he enjoys. While there are hints at his younger self it was more along the lines of a Jerry Seinfeld...observational comedy.

I am a huge Tom Green fan. This was one of the funniest conmedy specials I have ever seen. There are also some poignant moments during the music portion. The special was shot in Ottowa, where he grew up. Tom Green is a legend. You may have to be familiar with some of his older material to get some of his references, but I would absolutely recommend watching. The first half is freaking hilarious. The middle of the special slows down a bit. Then the show finishes with Tom playing some tunes on the piano and then the guitar. If you have enjoyed Tom in the past, you definitely have to watch the special.

I loved Tom Green and his Tom Green Show, and I watched him in my late 30's and early 40's... different, outrageous, crazy and hillarious! My teenager daughter watched it with me, and we both laughed to tears!

What I saw just now was simply boring old man who is trying hard to be funny while being nostalgic! Didn't work. Even he knew that, so started using his "chicken" "sandwich" reset... more than once...

If you want to watch Tom Green destroying even the song he composed for the Tom Green Show, this is your opportunity! Now he is announcing The Tom Green Country show... and I am telling you in advance, I will stay away from it. Tom Green's time was good - while it lasted... it's gone now!

Tom Green, need I say any more? I seriously enjoyed this and I hope there will be more episodes.

He had me laughing the whole way through, and even a cheeky throwback to his insane self, absolutely cracked me up I couldn't breathe!

His music is enjoyable and endearing too!

If people want to see Tom Green from the 90's maybe just buy the boxset and reminisce? I'm older than my teenage skating self who watched classic Tom Green, so now I am admittedly more chilled out, yet I still have the same twisted sense of humour sometimes, and I feel this is how I can still connect with this guy, because his sarcasm and satire totally suits where I am now.

Some of the jokes land some don't, I think his fans will enjoy this more than those that are unfamiliar with his work and past.
