Jordan Downey's segment "Stork" is a live adaptation of internet horror artist Oleg Vdovenko's art piece by the same name.
Kate Siegel's directorial debut.
The first VHS film to not have any nudity
The character names of the W.A.R.D.E.N. police force in "Stork" were chose because they spell "Babies" when placed together (Broome, Aubert, Bennet, Ivy, E.T., Segura).
If you look closely at the shelves toward the beginning of "Stork", you can see one of the VHS tapes has "Raatma" written on it, implying W.A.R.D.E.N. previously hunted other creatures within the V/H/S Universe.
