फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
At this point, I've only watched Episodes 1-4, so please note that.
I've read the first dozen manga, and own every episode of the original release / OAVs / movies. This was one of my first non-TV released animes, ever. This show is a part of my youth, and is one I love to this day. And I will say that the remake is a love letter to it all. Manga, series, OAV and movies.
Are some moments in the original better? Absolutely. Is the animation different and taking time to get used to? No doubt. Was the original one of the only dubs in the 90s (with Tenchi Muyo!) that was as good as the original Japanese? 100%. But this show is really good. They are doing it for a more modern audience, but the humor is the same. The moments hit all the right points (from Ranma running along the walls to Akane constantly lifting large object to slam on his head... the way he carries her as he jumps... the way the arguments go... all of it). The FEEL is the same. It is different, but that doesn't make it bad.
I give it a 9, versus a 10, because, yes, I do prefer the original ("And I'm better built to boot"... way better than the line they used in this one). But that doesn't mean it's bad. Take it from an old head who has been watching this since 1995... give it a tru, and you will love it.

Remakes have never been seen with good eyes.
After all, there is a large legion of fans who do not like certain things being changed about their favorite characters, those with whom we grew up.
Luckily, in recent times, we have seen some new versions that are quite up to par with the previous ones: "Rurouni Kenshin", "Trigun", "Dororo", further away in time "Hunter x Hunter" and "Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood".
In this last item appears the new version of "Ranma" that back in the late 80s and early 90s many people loved.
Animated by MAPPA, which is always a guarantee of quality and labor exploitation, we have an anime much more faithful to the manga than its predecessor.
Less focused on fanservice and gratuitously showing bodies, this adaptation focuses more on comedy and the relationship between Ranma and Akane with all their adventures and misadventures.
The usual supporting characters like Ryoga and Shampoo, plus new ones that didn't appear previously.
A catchy opening and a decent ending, with animation that is very up to par.
I think it ends up being a pleasant surprise this year and a good path to follow for other adaptations.
Recommended for lovers of light and fluid plots without the usual annoying love triangles.

I watched Ranma when I was younger, so I was initially skeptical, as I'm not usually a fan of reboots. But this show truly knocks it out of the park! It stays true to the original source material while adding a fresh twist. The characters are super likeable without ever getting on your nerves. Some parts of the story are totally absurd, but that just makes it even more fun to watch!
It's got humor, emotion, and tons of action. The charm of this series really shines through - it feels like the creators knew exactly what they wanted to bring to the table, and they nailed it. Great animation style and music too. I'm really enjoying it, and I'm sure anime fans will feel the same!

Personally I give the anime a full 8.5/10, It does recapture the Original anime and manga.
My only complaints Are the voice performances They sound pretty wired because I watched the 90s anime and the dubs voice actors were quite amazing! To hear but hopefully I grow to like them!
I do like the animation! And the way it's more like manga then the anime from 1989 I like The way that they are going with this!
The Frist episode 1 was actually true to the original series and manga! I give it a. 9.5/10! Because on how it looks and the way it stuck true to the source material! And the story!
Impressive I hope The series gets better so we can get this 8.5/10 to a 9/10!

This reboot is awesome. Its the same story as before. A boy named Ranma Saotome who is a martal artist falls in to the cursed spring of the dead girl. When ever he is hit by cold water he becomes a girl. He mush be hit by warm water to become a boy again. He is forced into an arranged marrage with a girl named Akane Tendo. Akane and Ranma have a love hate relatanionship that is exasperated by the arranged marrage. Several other characters are in love with Ranma and Akane respectivly. There is a martal art for litteerally everything. In the original Japanese version the original actors returned. In the English version we got brand new voice actors. I am so used to the orignal dub actors and I like them the best but the new actors are great too.
