Overall I had a really good time with Jurassic World Rebirth, i went in with tempered expectations, and they just about matched it. It's a flawed adventure where you can probably nitpick it to death, but it also offers so much good that you can overlook some of those problems. It has genuinely nail biting scenes, looks beautiful, introduces some really fun characters, and has some of the best music the franchise has seen for over 20 years.
It definitely feels like just another Jurassic Park sequel, its not trying to be the next Endgame with its scale, its just trying to be a good standalone adventure, and I think it does the job well.
I wish Gareth Edwards was given more time to perfect the film, since he wasn't given much time pre and post production to make sure everything is as good as it can be, but theres no other director i could imagine delivering something as high quality as this in that space of time.
Definitely recommend.

Mystery movie Monday got me special access to watch Jurassic World Rebirth two weeks early and here's my honest opinion on the film. I think the movie delivers a much better story than the last entry in this franchise and delivers and gives us a really good film in my personal opinion. Let me start with my positives of the film I think the story was quite good and simple to follow and understand as well and I found most of the characters to be quite enjoyable and portrayed well Scarlett Johansson gives us a really solid performance as the lead and Jonathan Bailey also gives us a strong performance as well but I really found Mahershala Ali to really stand out in this movie for me as he delivered a really good performance and he was my favorite character in the film for sure. I really loved the dinosaurs in the film as well as they looked so fantastic as well on the big screen yet again although some CGI looks really choppy at times and there's a certain character in this film who I thought was horrible and useless as well I don't want to get into spoilers since this film doesn't come out for two weeks. My biggest complaint with the film is how most of these characters in this movie have so much plot armor I swear most of these characters should've died like multiple times but they didn't due to some insane plot armor in the movie. I also feel like like the D-Rex was hyped up to be this super evil dinosaur and villain of the film but I swear that dinosaur is in this movie for maybe like 5 minutes and that's about it so if you're going into this movie expecting this dinosaur to play a crucial role prepared to be disappointed. The cinematography in this movie though was absolutely stunning and fantastic it seriously might be the best in this entire franchise including Jurassic Park and I enjoyed some of the more horror elements thrown into the movie as well as it gives me some actual scares in the movie as well. But overall I think most people will have themselves a great time with this movie and I highly recommend to check it out on the big screen!
Some of the scenes are so dark, but some of the scenes are very awesome to watch. Everybody needs to see this film, honestly, I never know this movie is coming out very sooner than I expect, it's been almost 3 years since we got another sequel, it's not because I didn't like the idea but some of the Jurassic World movies, comes out after 20 years or maybe less or more. But still I loved the movie, the series most meaningful, most meaningful plot and script, best screenplay, best musics, best frequency, best actors and actresses like Scarlett Johansson and Mahershala Ali. Everyone should watch.
Really enjoyed it. The raft scene stole the show for me. Most of the characters were good.
I swear the major things most movies are missing these days are a solid all the way through sound score. Some of the more tense Dino scenes would've benefited greatly if they had removed the canned action background music and replaced it with more a slow tense build the drama/fear score. Sometimes let's just hear the waterfall in the background or the trees in the wind. Silence can be a great suspense builder.
Still some problems here and there with CGI. I always prefer real props as much as possible.
Overall though very pleased with this addition.

Welcome...to Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park III.
I was ALL ready to call this movie mid yet still far superior to the last two incredibly terrible Jurassic World duds and then say, well, Fallen Kingdom and Dominion set the bar way low. I'll eat my words. This is the absolutely the best Jurassic anything since 1993's Jurassic Park started it all. By a mudslide.
YES, it has ALL the Jurassic/ancient tropes: clichés, Deus ex Machina saves, characters you absolutely know will be dino-dinners, predictability, nostalgia bait, kids in peril, the infamous "what could possibly go wrong" plans and out-of-this-world coincidences, all of which appear in the whole franchise. And DESPITE all that, this felt like thee most original one since number one. I truly had a grand time with this solid adventure.
A group of specialized people are summoned by yet another greedy, "well-meaning" corp to obtain three live samples of dinos living near the equator on another, gulp!, InGen isle. And, yes, as mentioned...what could possibly go...oh you know. The usual.
As stated in the beginning, this is all-but a retread of part III...only as if a young Spielberg directed it. Truly, this was a callback to fun, adventurous Steven's visions. And by "callback to fun, adventurous Steven's visions," I mean before his first JP sequel, The Lost World. And by "before his first JP sequel, The Lost World," I mean, in that same realm only more defined.
I'm not kidding. This was a fun time and it blew me away. Granted, I had the lowest of expectations and wasn't even planning on watching it at all after those last two painful outings. I only went to see this as an "AMC Screen Unseen" not-so-mystery movie (no detective work was needed when they announced it was PG-13 and its 2 hours 14-minute length - no other soon-to-be release matched) and its most convenient showing/time/location.
Even with low expectations and all the tropes, I felt these characters were far more real than 90% of the series. And regardless of the painful, albeit necessary character development we needed to care for them, I still did root for the ones I correctly predicted would live.
Of course, these movies should've ended with Part 2's The Lost World. Okay, maybe with Part 4's Jurassic World. I'm just glad they rebounded, rebirthed?, extremely well with Part 7.
YES, it's recommended! Definitely see it when it comes out and with the best screen/effects.

I love जुरासिक पार्क (1993)...so this opportunity is like a dream to me. And to work with Frank Marshall and Universal and David Koepp, who's writing the script, I think they're all legends. So I'm just very excited."
