Ruzgarli Tepe

The actors have clearly nailed their characters to perfection (Although the male lead does lack expression range- he looks like he is in physical pain all the time). From vamps to protagonists each makes you involved with their journey. The most irrelevant and honestly the most annoying actor is the one who plays Merve's character. Would definitely like to see the series pick up on pace of story line as the pace is too slow - and the parallel stories need to be more crisp as they do not add to the main story frame. The director is clearly limited as he is unable to bring out the full potential of the story to keep it gripping. The lead characters definitely have strong chemistry and that comes across in their roles. The fashion definitely needs a review. ( I mean what was with Orhans entry - he looked least enigmatic! )The only one who has a solid fashion statement is the aunt. Overall definitely going to continue to watch the series.

I'v only watched up to 21 series. Can't wait to keep watching. Story reminds me of Beauty and the Beast. The beast is damn handsome though and the beauty has beautiful blue eyes. Lots of crying and tears so please be prepared for that. And lots of repeated reminiscence so also be prepared for that.

Overall the story is worth watching about pride and honor of a rich family. However lead actress is humble and does everything for the family. A good storyline of revenge, deceit (like all other Turkish shows) and beautiful electrifying romance between Halil and Zeynep. Mind over heart for Halil all the time. Who is the real Zeynep? The one he was told or the one he is experiencing? When will he know? Let's wait and watch till the end. I'm sure you will love this drama.

The series give me vibes of "Beauty & The Beast". Same kind of storyline. A beautiful girl continuously tortured by a angry beast. But the girl is so pure by her heart that after facing all kind of mental & physical torture she didn't even have any hatred towards the beast. The beast is also blind by his nature, because he couldn't differentiate between truth & lies in his open eyes.

I want to give 5 rating to the drama.

1st for the female lead.

2nd for the background music.

3rd for the close camera angle.

4th for some scenic views.

5th for the little bit of love chemistry between lead actors.

I would like to clarify why I deducted another 5 rating.

1st for the same revenge stories that we continuously seen from last 4 to 5 years in Turkish drama. Don't know when it gonna end.

2nd for the poor supporting actors in the drama.

3rd for the screenplay of the drama.

4th for the below par direction.

5th for the other characters/stories continued with the main story makes the drama too bored sometime.

If you're beast enough & feel yourself good by terrifying your victims then this drama is perfectly made for you. Otherwise don't watch if you have a weak heart.

P. S :- Female lead's pain & crying may give you a real nightmare, So be prepared before give it a try.

This drama can be narrowed down to less than 20 eps instead of 100+ of eps. This is what i think: 1. Dragging plots. One arc can be as long as 4-5 eps, for what?

2. Too many unnecessary flashback. Sometime the flashback repeated over and over. This one contributes to long duration 3. Repeated plot pattern. Its always the same: Halil full of hatred > blame it to Zeynep > found out he's wrong > feeling guilty > get back to revenge 4. Why EVERYTIME Halil and Zeynep talking is always so close? Their nose almost touch, is like only 3 inch apart? I know it's for intimacy and romance thing, but come on... Diamonds are pricey because of rare. They did it EVERY SECOND THEY MET, so it lost the "scarcity".

Well, despite all that the acting is great, especially the main cast. This is the reason i watch the show.

This series is great so far. Hopefully the writers don't rush when it comes to an ending, but don't drag on with certain events. The main actors are doing a remarkable job, hats off to them and the chemistry is on point. Many people complained about the abuse but realistically it's a TV and certain things should be taken lightly. But it's obvious people have their own opinion and I respect that. I can't wait for my journey next year where I will be visiting Turkey and learn about their culture, traditions, history and most of all site seeing this beautiful country. Hope every one will be welcoming.
