फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
As a long term avid fan of Pink there was plenty of familiar ground in this doc, but it was informative and had great entertainment value from start to finish, so I can really recommend. For the uninitiated, this is a nice jumping off point and an easy view to gain some insight into the rise of an American icon and one of the most inspiring and admirable pop stars in the world.
Clocking in at just over 60 minutes this doc features one on one interviews ranging from people like Pink's' flamboyant male backing dancers, to a woman who Pink donated a free concert performance (can you imagine!) in order to raise money to support her very worthwhile animal charity. It had some awesome old archive footage featuring Pink when she was starting out which I'd never seen before, plus some new interviews from The Truth About Love Tour. In my opinion, the only faults with this doc are it could have been a little longer, because it is hard to fathom all of Pinks' career in such a short time and I also really wanted to see more of her dazzling trapeze performances, but overall it is a very slickly made portrayal and does well in piecing together Pink's extraordinary life. If you are a follower of Pink, do yourself a favor and watch it for yourself.

Not a bad programme but the constant rubbish background music got annoying for some parts you couldn't hear the talking over it. Worth a watch though if you are a pink fan.
The nicest surprise about this glossy documentary is the fact that despite her immense success, Pink remains refreshingly grounded (she's still very hot too!) Fame is usually portrayed as a journey to the center of radness, while talent itself remains an afterthought. Not so with this gal, her gifts are nothing short of amazing.
While marketed solely at Pink fans,"Pink Staying True" is genuinely enjoyable, even if you don't happen to be a pre-pubescent girl. Certain elements of unpredictability combined with a platoon of contributors prevent this from being more than a superficial publicity piece. For those who thought of Pink as just another a manufactured pop star, the documentary pulls away at the curtain to show that there is no wizard at the controls. Pink is completely in charge and has definitely given fans a reason to keep on following her, and her fans will surely love this.

Pink is one of a kind and that is made abundantly clear throughout this slick documentary/retrospective of her career. The thing that is coolest and most refreshing about Pink is that she has remained real and has not changed. Throughout the documentary she comes across as real, down to earth, and not afraid to speak her mind, something that is lacking in most modern day pop princesses. I have always been a fan, but after seeing her realness in this documentary I found myself not only loving, but respecting her as an artist as well. The other cool thing was listening to people talk about working with her. The glowing praise proves that she is a one of a kind diva and a breath of fresh air!
I didn't exactly expect much but I really liked this. Before I get started with the review, I should declare that for many years I have been a very big fan of Pink, I really love her music, she gets me in the groove, she is so skilled in all she does and I have to admit that she really amazes me.
This very competent tribute is not only refreshing but a worthy watch which truly defines Pink. Having said that, I was expecting to see more of her incredible acrobatic live performances. Okay, there are some breathtaking performance shown from London last year, which was great to see, but I really wish they could have shown us a bit more. But that is my only complaint because on the other hand, there were some awesome interviews with Pink which were new to me and priceless. Very good documentary.
