An interesting series from which I expect a lot in terms of animation and entertainment.
Firstly, because the technical team is of high quality and it's a MAPPA production.

Firstly, because the technical team is of high quality and it's a MAPPA production.
Although the first 2 episodes are easy to watch, the series doesn't escape the flaws of current productions:
- A basic scenario if you're a fan of Japanese animation that's afraid of going too far.
- a main character who's impossible to stop (prison, technology, policeman...) but a girl comes along! We know where this illogic comes from...
- a bunch of kids more intelligent than the population as a whole...

Tbh, I don't understand why Lazarus is stuck between 7-8 points. The story and events in this very underrated anime is very good. Each character is carefully prepared and has an adventure that draws you in. When you watch it, you can see the unique
characteristics of the characters. It's not a hero and a villain, it's more like a battle between two good guys. I have very high expectations from Lazarus. I hope the anime continues in the best way possible. And the thing is anime is so good it makes you want to go to a adventure makes you wish that it was real and you were part of the lazarus team.
To be honest, this has to be one of the most visually stunning anime episodes i've ever seen. Shinichiro Watanabe is one of the best anime directors and we could see why he has that reputation.
The story is intriguing, the characters are all well designed and interesting, and the animation is greatly executed with the nonstop action sequences, and of course the ost, and music, has to be one of the main protagonist of a Watanabe creation, so overall, just one episode, but is promising as hell, and one serious candidate to anime of the year. And yes, i'm not overrating.
Watanabe and Stahelski make a fantastic work together, making this one of the most beautifully action animes we could ever imagined. I'm really waiting for more of this story, which i didn't even get into this review, but it's fantastic as well. Long live to this productions.

I was so intrigued at first with the concept of the show. But within minutes it was ruined with inappropriate music, ridiculous characters, and terrible writing. As others have already said, it seems like a pathetic attempt to go after a Cowboy BeBop vibe without putting in the necessary work. I can't believe that they thought the approach that they took would make sense given the premise of the show. I'm halfway through the second episode in writing this. I'll keep watching in hope it gets better - i know that paid off with Pantheon, so maybe they'll turn it around. If it does, I'll come back and update my rating.
Update, on episode 7, has it gotten any better?? Nope, worse. Don't know why I keep watching except for the fact that the story concept remains a good one. The execution still continues to suck.

I'm loving this show man the concept ,the story ,the lore they are giving little by little ,the animation, the sound design and the action is great too it's grounded but it's good you know and also they have given some thoughts on world building it's looking good man and the vibe of the show is really cool the character's are likeable you know the main character has some mystery to it and the side character are interesting too i wanna see them how they all come together as a team looking forward to it.
So yeah if you wanna watch something good ,something new it's for you.
And i don't know why people are not liking the show, i mean i get the not liking part you know everyone has different taste but just fully hating the show not justify.
