Laura, Michael, and Ellie go to wine country to help Austin prepare for the most important day of his life. Things become a touch wine-y, causing Ellie to make an awkward phone call and leaving Michael with newfound romantic confidence.
Michael's gregarious, sex-positive mother visits him for his birthday. The visit exposes a lot about Michael and transforms Laura into a nervous wreck. Ellie and Austin have a moment together, although not quite like Michael and Laura's.
