Catherine and George Gauthier seem like a normal DC couple - she's a photographer, he teaches at Georgetown. Actually, they're Russian spies Vera and Anton, gathering intel on a US plan against Russia's economy.

2003 Catherine and George Gauthier live in Washington. Catherine works in her small photography studio, George teaches at Georgetown University. They look like an ordinary family, but in fact they are agents of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Vera Sviblova and Anton Vyazin. In the US, they are collecting data on the secret "Zone of Influence" plan to destroy the Russian economy.
