Upside Brown

When I first started watching Upside Brown, I was unsure where it was going. Whether this was a comedy, a drama, or a feel-good sitcom, I was interested. A few episodes in, that interest had me hooked. It was all of the above! Between the subtle jokes to the big laugh-inducing moments, I couldn't stop watching. Although the subject matter isn't relatable to me directly, I found the humor and storyline to keep me tuning in episode after episode.

Watched with my family. Adult kids enjoyed it and the girls related to story. Especially when parents try to live their lives through children by forcing and emotional blackmailing :-)

Story moves fast and every episode has few different characters that keeps it interesting.

Indian culture is not so different than other ethnic groups, so it is very relatable.

Akash and Amol look like good old college buddies that I can relate to with my college experience.

Hope people like it as much as I did with my family and that encourages the first attempt filmmakers to create season 2.

It will be fun to see how the story develops in the future and things work out for the Malhotra family.

It's rare to find a show about the Indian-American experience that's actually funny and relatable. Huge props to the writers, seriously; this series handles sensitive topics in a manner that's lighthearted and broadens your perspective at the same time. They casted really well and every character just makes sense in each scene. I personally loved Bunty, and the only reason this isn't a 10/10 is because there wasn't enough Bunty. GIVE BUNTY THE LOVE HE DESERVES AND GIVE HIM MORE SCREEN TIME IN SEASON 2! In the end, Upside Brown gives everyone something to laugh at, relate to, and reflect on regardless of their age/generation.

Both the directors and cast play inspiring roles that take form and evolve throughout the show making for unexpected turns and truly hilarious moments.

As up and coming creatives this show does not fail to both entertain and educate its audience.

While watching with my mom we noticed how connected we were to the content allowing for moments of bonding we didn't expect to occur.

A truly just watch show and directors keep and eye on in the coming years, can't wait for more and wishing the best for everyone who made this possible. 💯

Each episode is packed with humor as well as heartfelt moments, keeping viewers hooked from start to finish. The production quality is top-notch, with impressive visuals and a compelling soundtrack. Overall, Upside Brown is a must-watch, showcasing exceptional talent and creativity. Highly recommended!!!!!
