Eric Nam's acting debut. We have see him do improv, we have seen him do commercials, music video, and more but now he has made his way to film. Has Eric become the doctor they always wanted him to be? Let's not wish this level of distress on anyone.
This film is significant because it aims to move beyond stereotypes and reflect relatable lived experience and characters. Asian Americans are the most diverse group in the US with over 40 ethnicities and an even split between expats, immigrants, and US born citizens. All these stories are unique yet are typically glossed over in media representation. This film is a promising step in the right direction.

My family and I just watched the best movie we've seen in years! The touching and relatable story of hard work and the love of parents was portrayed by compelling actors that kept our attention throughout the entire show. The segment where Jonah Yoon is faced with an overwhelming surgery schedule while racing to Minah Yoon's emergency hospitalization was more than a tearjerker for me. It's a realistic portrayal of a son or daughter trying to get answers from medical personnel who resemble doctors. In the end God helps us handle what we are given. Eric Nam's acting in Transplant was fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful movie. Aloha and Mahalo!
