Nowhere Else

Started out okay, minus the woman who was just a really bad actor. The story would've been OKAY if it was a killer or something...as much as I hate slashers, or even wild animals...but nope...they really went with giant CGI bats...they look like a 1999 SciFi channel movie...they're so bad I skipped the scenes with them... if the first 70 minutes weren't OKAY, it would be a 1 star easily ...horror fans, skip this one.

Like A Bat Outta Hell flutters with promise but quickly flops into mediocrity. The bat itself looks fantastic, a mix of stop-motion and CGI that's genuinely menacing. The cinematography and lighting are occasionally gorgeous, creating a moody atmosphere.

Sadly, the script and characters are as lifeless as the bat's victims. Emotional moments are clumsily handled, and the atrocious green screen work looks ripped straight from an outdated video game. The pacing is so monotonous I fell asleep-though I did rewind to finish (you're welcome).

Despite its atmospheric visuals and a solid monster design, the film's lackluster writing and wooden performances leave it grounded. This bat might look good, but it never truly takes flight.

This movie was a whole lotta nothing. Constant bat vision without significance. I want the 90 minutes of my life back. If you don't have an end to a movie....DON'T PRESENT THE DAMN THING!!!!!!

Movie was slow and went nowhere. Lost interest but decided to stick it out. The acting was ok except for the lady that played Bianca. She was really terrible and her botox lips were distracting. The green screen was also distracting and the cgi was horrible. Oh and the bats look like the crypt keeper. I could've gone my whole life without seeing this movie.
