I had the pleasure of watching this film, written and Directed by Ilias Avramides, at its premeier in shoredich last October and I was astonished by it's amazing display of technical skill, the astounding performances and it's engaging view of a prominent matter, that being of Homelessness in the UK. The treatment of this issue is perfectly posted alongside the struggles of modern society and the many dead ends a person can end up in when the are living in a cold and distant society to the ones less fortunate. This effect is heightened by the fact that the interaction betweeen the two takes place in the London Underground, a place that has been the linked with the issue of London homelessness. The director's request for shooting in the London Undergoriund was rejected by the TFL as they did not want to associate thmselves with homelesness. This, besides providing a great deal of Irony and further confirmation of the company's stance of the matter, it porved to be agreat chnace for Ilias to employ a plethora of technical achievements alongside with the crew of the movie, in order to provide the end result.
A very thought provoking and immensely enjoyable film.
Ilias, I whish you all the best in your endeavors.

I love the premise of this film which provided sincere, credible acting from Hudson and Anthony. Initial impressions coupled with peeling the onion back on understanding one-another. Avramidis uses minimal set props to focus the viewer on their engagement and dialogue.
I would have revised the script a bit...perhaps investing some takes for pure improv for the actors...or incorporating improv into the script which, at times, seems a little stilted. I was expecting her to be more defensive before ultimately touching upon his vulnerabilities linking with his motivation to engage her.
All in all, a fine short film of how human connections can occur when we allow it.

El Anthony and Paige Hudson are brilliant in Doglike. I love the overall feel of the film and how there are many important hints/twists involved with an element of thrill and suspense but not so suspenseful that you're jumping out of your skin every 5 minutes! Just right and I love the little elements of humour, Paige Hudson has good comedic timing as Laura & I especially liked the depth that Laura had thought that there was a glimmer of something behind Marks eyes too. The open ended ness of the film is great and it creates a really good talking point between people about what they think about the characters and what happens at the end etc really clever.
A wise and kind process even in the last attempt of will to be ,even then the the best thing to do and be under the guidance is to be selfless and this small in minutes and enormous in in the field of empathy and the will to be and do better for others . Loyalty, kindness true trust all Flickers as the story's proceed, the environment the sound engineering, the ambient of the the moment unravel with the simplicity of awe and wonder , grounded and yet liberated. Provoking theories from what if... to crafting the mobility to succeed to move forward .That was my kind reminder to move onwards as for forward ... regardless the outcome.
Appreciated the opportunity to be watcher .
Well done to all of you !

This film is interesting because it allows us to be reflective on the nature of human beings, choices and actions we make, as well as the material conditions surrounding us and its effects.
Paige Hudson and El Hudson demonstrated this with a quite intense conversation with each other, talking about the nature of responsibility, psychological pain and fate.
The shorts, lighting and the acting is superb which furthers reinforce the meaning and message of the film.
In my opinion, this short film will question what we do and make us more reflective of both our actions and that of society. This is something quite rare in modern filming. This film is a 9/10 for me.
