The Division

Such a cool web series! Can't wait to see more! I attended a screening that was followed by a Q and A and apparently they didn't have a huge budget. I was so surprised considering the top notch action sequences! I would recommend this to anyone, but especially action fans. It did remind me a bit of 24 but the plot is entirely original. The writing is very twisty-turny and entirely unpredictable. I was engaged the entire time. This is quite an impressive feat. I really hope they make more episodes! I will be watching for sure. In addition to producing such a quality product, the actors and director seem like good quality people. I am always happy to witness the combination of humility and talent.

This web series is very well done on many levels. The writing is clear and engaging, the acting is handled with passion and poise, and the production quality is outstanding. The DP has quite a handle on how to use surroundings, people and backdrops to their fullest extent and he knows how to use that camera to make the audience feel as though they're part of the action.

Creator, writer and director Eric Won knows exactly what he wants out of his actors and out of his crew. He treats everyone with respect and inclusion. This series definitely deserves to be a widely released project.

The Division is an excellent web series. For me it is what I am looking for in the future of online content. Eric Won has created a compelling story brought to life by a great cast. Andrew Bowen sheds his comedic shell and delivers an A+ dramatic/ action performance. The action sequences are controlled well done and not jarring or disorienting as is typical with modern cinema.

What amazes me the most about this series is the production quality is on par if not exceeding prime time television, let alone an independent web series.In three episodes, The Division has delivered a solid, captivating show. I look forward to the completion of this series.
