Who Ya Wit

I read the series (Plus Size Diva & Who Ya Wit) before watching the movie. Big mistake for me because there were too many discrepancies and rushed scenes to save $$$.

I didn't mind a few changes Like turning Roc modeling into art Or the car wash becoming a full service station BUT I found myself arguing with the TV.

Des came off as too goofy and too slim. The book describes her as thick and sexy

Roc was sexy but I wasn't feeling the braids. In the book, his look was smoother/cleaner.

Unc was perfect. Hated him on and off screen

Monica. Too obvious that she was reading her lines posted on the props.

Just under Tubi expectations for me but...

I am waiting for part 2 to see how they pull it off.

I like this movie it was very interesting, however,I Hated! The way it ended. There must be more to this ending. That's the only complaint I have for this movie.

Terrible movie yet again another woke movie with bad actors i cant even give it a star for camera work or being original ignore the 10 star reviews most likly friends of the cast.

I actually really enjoyed the movie, EXCEPT FOR THE ENDING!! Why did you have to do us like that!! Now I can't sleep because I want answers 😂😂😂!! That's all I'm going so say... So y'all go watch!!

Looking at this movie through the prism of a major motion picture sure you can complain like the previous critiques of this film on this site. You know it's on Tubi though, so watch it knowing the budget was probably low, and perhaps the director and screenwriters first greenlit project, once you do that it's not half bad. I will say the ending is something that will get your attention and will keep you watching until the end. Decent runtime with layered characters that will keep you engrossed until the end. Eventually, you will root for the antagonist, and the deep-seeded message within the film.
