Sidekick

I don't find Sidekick unbearable. The animation is fluent, characters aren't too boring, and most episodes I am able to sit through. So, in my opinion, the show is decent, and I think it's a pretty good show to watch when bored.

After I saw the first episode, it easily became my favorite cartoon. Eric and kitties relationship was so sweet, trevor is hilarious while having some depth because his daddy is evil which is why he acts crazy, and vana is the cruelest character in the show which makes me kinda scared of her in a good way. The reason why vana works so well is because she achieved what the creators where going for, a cute attractive girl who on the inside is a creepy and intimidating anti-villain who always wanted to be maxum man's sidekick, but eric was chosen instead making her hate him for life. Trevor is a mix of being a nice friend and a hilarious comic relief as well as a hint of evil and his jokes always make me laugh out loud. I also think that the reason kitty loves eric so much is because she feels his pain of nein being recognized by everyone and how vana treats her more like a lacky/assistant than a best friend. Eric is also such a relatable character because he needs to hide that maxum man is away and that's why "what's he hiding" the best and most underrated episodes of the entire series. Kitty also has secrets too like on how she is revealed to have two left feet in "trip van twinkle toes." I also find maxum man to be hilarious on how he tortures golly G kid so much and his humor can sometimes catch me off guard. There is also pomplamoose who while nein as interesting as the main characters, I still found him funny at times. Mandy struction is a great love interest to eric because you can see she actually likes eric but they can't be together because their from different backgrounds, and kitty's rivalry with mandy is really funny but also really hard to guess who eric will eventually pic. The last episode is actually better the more you think about it, because it makes sense for eric to lose at the end because he failed so many times before. Although I wish the show had a 5th season to completely finish the storyline and there are a few characters like maxum brain who I found annoying. Allan amazing is actually deeper than you think, at first I didn't like how "everyone" likes him and how he's targeting eric but I think his attractiveness hypnotizes the characters into liking him. Joshua sideburns is another love interest to kitty and I really liked how in his first appearance "teenage mummies in love" kitty at the end choses eric to be his one and only love but in "the maxum method" his and eric's relationship stole the show. It was possibly the funniest episode involving kitty. In conclusion, Sidekick as a very underrated cartoon and I wish it was more popular with more seasons, but for what I have now. I will find as many episodes as I can online.

It's got its ups and downs. 1/10th of the time it seems that it wants to be Stressed Eric again because its main character is named Eric. But most of the time it is still a funny show. Like Ed, Edd n Eddy or The Loud House, they know when to give main characters the punishment they deserve or else we would really hate their unlikable behavior. Every character is really funny and distinct. I find Eric, Trevor, Kitty, Professor Pampelmoose, XOX, and even Vana on occasion to be amusing. It's not my favorite show in the world, but it's still less annoying than Almost Naked Animals and has better characters than Almost Naked Animals. I want to give it a TV movie finale akin to Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show to make sure its brief final episode ends better.

Hey, uh, do you think The Ridonculous Race may have borrowed their Kitty from Sidekick? I think so, but since both Sidekick creators used to work on Total Drama Island (Todd Kauffman directed every Season 1 & 2 episode and Joey So animated every Season 3 episode but the last two), they probably gave the Total Drama Island creators permission to use Kitty in The Ridonculous Race, which is helped by Corus Entertainment owning YTV, Teletoon and most of the market on Canadian kids' entertainment. It would be cool if we finally got to see what Kitty's sister Emma was doing in Sidekick. She must be at a different school in a different city studying international laws, which is useful knowledge to protect Kitty from legal troubles when she becomes a super sidekick.

This is ctually a pretty good series. It has a great cast of charcters and good slapstick/action comedy. The only real problem is the toilet humor and it's not really for everyone but it's still a good watch.

this show is awesome! It has clever jokes & great stories... There is lots of attention to detail & the voices are done very well...

i hope they keep this show around for a few seasons... its much better than "total drama action" or "gym partner"

this show is good humor the whole family can enjoy... seriously i'm 22 years old and i liked this show enough to log into my computer and type a review about it... its been a long time since I've enjoyed a show this much...

i also recommend "almost naked animals", cartoon network has been doing good work recently
