Love at First Sight is a short love story of old woman and man at a nursing facility. One day, Arthur, an old man falls in love with Ruth, an old woman who reads books at first sight at the window at cafeteria in the nursing home, so he talks to her. As they go out together and have conversations, they become good friends, and Arthur proposes at the end of the day even though they just meet, and Ruth accepts it. Next day, Arthur gets up as usual, sees Ruth at cafeteria, and falls in love at first sight... I really like this film because I thought the power of love is wonderful even if we get older and a long time passes. I was moved by Arthur's depth of love because he keeps on loving one woman even if he is not able to remember who Ruth is and certainly conveys his affection. People around Arthur are very kind because they never make fun of him and watch over him, so I feel happy. I also got satisfied with the story because of actors' facial expressions, well-paced development and its conciseness.

They talk a lot and spend time together all day long. I like this film's atmosphere which takes time slowly and Arthur and Ruth look so happy. In addition, I like this movie's deployment. As the story progresses, we can learn about their past like Arthur's career and so on. In particular, the scene that Ruth sees her album tells us the truth behind their romance. Moreover, I like the last scene because I think the impressions of people have changed. Some people think this is a happy love story, other people think this is a sad love story. However, I think we can enjoy watching this movie, and exchanging ideas about this is also interesting, so I recommend this film.

I like the film. There are three reasons. First, I like the characters.

Especially, I like the protagonist. In the first scene, when he is grooming himself, he combs his hair with the brush he used to polish his shoes. When I saw this, I thought to myself that this old man was a very pleasant and joyful person. I also like the old lady's character. She is dainty and delightful. Second, each scene in this film is wonderful. I especially like the scene where they dance. It is enjoyable. There are many fun scenes like this in the movie. Third, the development of the story is surprising. The secret they hold is revealed at the end, which was a surprise to me. It was sad to think about the old lady's feelings.

In conclusion, I can recommend it. It is a good film that can be easily understood and conveyed to people who do not usually watch a lot of movies.

An old man wakes up in his room and gets dressed. He puts on a jacket and goes to the dining room. As he is holding his plate of food, he finds a woman reading the book at a table and falls in love at first sight with her. He stops to fill his plate and immediately goes to the woman. He sits at the woman's table and as they talk, he becomes friends with her. They take walks together, dance, and enjoy many other things together. One day, on the stairs, he confesses his feelings to the woman. The woman is delighted and responds. Another day, she is reading an album with tears in her eyes.

This is a romantic film. I think the plot of this movie is very good. The last scene is unexpected and will surprise most of the viewers. The former half of the movie describes their happy time together and you will feel very happy watching it. But when you see the last scene, you will feel differently. I like this movie because the unexpected ending is foreshadowed in the first half of the film, and if you watch it carefully, you will notice it. Although the ending is unexpected, I recommend you to watch it because the structure is very easy to watch.
