Selling Tampa

It's more about drama and thier problems than about selling homes!!! Please cancel this already! Why do black women always have to fight and create drama among one another? No need for this!

I really wanted to like this show as it's an all black women lead brokerage but I can't. This is pretty much the Real Housewives of Atlanta does real estate. It's too focused on looking cute/drama and not enough about deals, submitting offers, and closing. Plus it makes the brokerage look terrible.

All of that said, if they shifted the focus to actually selling homes...because that's what agents are supposed to do...it'd be a great show. And in all fairness it's probably my fault for expecting it to actually be about the real estate since Selling Sunset is about nothing but drama as well.

Back to watching Million Dollar Listing for me.

It's awful!!! The real estate in this show is a joke, not because of the price point, or the properties themselves. It's because of how these women handle themselves. It's so unprofessional, it's cringe. Nothing like Selling Sunset.

I did watch this series and found it interesting, but it didn't make much sense to me a lot of the time. I saw very few real-estate transactions and saw a lot more about cute outfits, perfect make-up and a lot of attitude. The houses they did show were beautiful, but I don't remember any of these girls selling a single one of them except the work-in-progress house that was in Miami. The girl low-balling for $4 million on a $9 million estate was really bad. I don't know a lot about real-estate, but even I knew that was a fatal move and didn't seem very realistic at all.

Show more on selling real-estate and what it takes, the ins and outs of it and less about drama. I do see why this got low reviews, including mine.

I can barely get through the first episode. I thought this was about selling homes but apparently it's not. They are already doing the most and Anne wants to be the shows bougie bad girl so badly. Over the top and pretentious for no reason. If they wanted another phony Housewives franchise then just say that. Sigh.
