फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
This is a wonderful holiday movie. It is heartwarming mixed with a touch of humor. I highly recommend it! All the acting was great, and Alex "stole the show" as the brother. I would like this to be a recurring theme for adoptees/missing loved ones.

"Eve was abandoned as a baby at Christmas. When she is unable to move on with her life because of the mystery, her boyfriend hires a private investigator to find her parents."
I don't normally watch too many Christmas movies, so the clichés are lost on me. And I believe that is an advantage for this writer. Because part of my writing process is that I like going through different reviews. Let it marinate like a fine wine after I've watched it and formed my own opinion, then explore different outlooks. Especially if there is an actor or actress I follow. Keeps me grounded. This movie is no different. I decided to view this movie because I follow and even had the privilege to speak too, the beautiful Juliana Harkavy (Pam) "Arrow-verse", "If You Only Knew."
Without giving any spoilers away, It's an out-of-the-giftbox Christmas Movie. This movie had surprisingly different types of layers, which I was flabbergasted to see in a Christmas Movie. This Christmas Feature Event had "A Message of Hope & Faith!" And it doesn't matter if you're born into a family, or that you create one of your own. "Who Is Christmas Eve" is a movie that shows the masses that we are ALL looking for some kind of connection. And no matter how old we are, no matter WHAT kind of distance that we all must overcome or who stands in our way, shows us that it is in our very BEING that we are compelled to make even the tiniest bond. And that my friend is the true meaning of Christmas!
It was well diverse and very well rounded in many aspects including race & sexual orientation. Like I said, I don't watch too many Christmas Movies, so my expectations were low. If Juliana Harkavy wasn't in it, I wouldn't have even bothered. But this movie took me by surprise! And I've seen the actors in different projects in the past and they brought their "A" game.
For instance, "Paige Hurd" who played Eve, I've seen in "Cradle 2 The Grave," "The Cat in The Hat" & "Beauty Shop". She is very beautiful, and I am intrigued to see more of her! Also, Romeo Miller played Chris, which I thought was adorable in "Honey." This is the first time I've noticed him as an adult. Come to find out I've also seen him in The Defenders, Charlie's Angels & Empire without recognizing him as Lil' Romeo! He REALLY surprised me with his acting chops! And of course, Juliana Harkavy who played Pam, which I first seen her in "DC's Arrow-verse" & "If You Only Knew." This is an actress that CONTINUES to surprise me. Talent, Beauty & a bit of an activist, which spells Triple Threat for me! I am so excited to see more of her!
In conclusion, if you're fine watching the same boring Christmas movie over, and over again. And refuse to broaden your palate. Then you really shouldn't watch this movie. You couldn't handle it. But if you know someone who is a little more innovative than you might be, tell them about this movie and show them this review. They have my kind of taste. But hey, maybe they might get you to watch it with them. However, it's free on Tubi! So, what do you have to lose?
Lol.

Great family movie! I laughed, cried, and enjoyed the ending! This movie reminds you about the meaning of Christmas -family. Perhaps there will be a sequel......
I was adopted and s du by till haven't met my birth parents as of yet! This movie reals you in! Coming from an adoptee, this movie gives you hope that you should and can find your birth parents. I personally also related to all the emotions n feelings Eve was going through! It gives you hope! It makes you feel the ups and downs of what it's like for a person who's adopted. It also really dives into all that a person goes through that's there for the adoptee.
This movie covers an important subject and I wholeheartedly disagree with the 3-star rating titled " Lacks depth or passion" I'm guessing, like others, giving it a 10-star isn't because it's a 10-star movie on how we normally rate movies but because of how much passion and accuracy it had on the subject matter and how close to home it hit. I'm still feeling quite overwhelmed as it brought back so many memories about the depth of emotions I felt on the subject matter, the search, and the results. Happily for me, in the end, positive results.
If I was just rating it for the movie itself it would probably be six star and I commonly will give one more star if a movie really stirs me. I'm giving 10 because 2 stars For how much it stirred me and 2 more because I think the thr 3-star review really needs to be balanced out as I don't typically watch movies that are under six star. I almost missed this because it's sitting at 5.8
As somebody who chose to search for a parent Because they didn't feel whole the movie struck home for me. Including bribing somebody to get information that you weren't supposed to have access to.
I very rarely find movies that draw me in, keep my attention 100% and make me feel so many emotions so deeply. I'm often frustrated by formula movies that have the over the top unrealistic drama in the last half hour. The drama in this movie felt real as I've experienced it.
To me, this movie had depth and passion. I felt like the writer(s) had a clear emotional connection with the subject matter and the emotions and trials that go with it. If they didn't go through it they certainly had enough sources to help them understand what it's like.
I identified with what she was feeling as she sought out who she was. I thought the lines for her soon to be fiance were wonderful as they were things that I wish somebody would have been around to point out to me.
Do I get tired of movies that seem to have to throw in the gay person - Yes. But it was done tactfully and didn't bother me. It showed another depth of the movie of how we all want to keep parts of our lives secret until we're ready to be open.
