Half way through the movie we realized that this isn't a movie. It's just a bunch of scenes that play after each other. The story is predictable and feels like I've seen this many times before. It doesn't help that part of the scenes were shot on this overrated Ibiza, again. The acting of nearly all cast members is terrible. For instance, why is the fortune teller speaking in English with a Dutch accent talking to a Dutch woman?

When we wondered how much longer the movie would last, we were only half way, so we turned it off. Sorry to say, but this was a waste of time.

I'm not surprised that Netflix is going down with sponsoring so pathetic movies. All is a joke , could have been some interesting but just this copying of american movies. Too bad that the main actress is a hottie but the rest of the script is a joke with low value and easy/boring jokes.

I don't understand who is sponsoring this kind of crap movies where everything is fad and nothing is original. At least they could include more sex action with the main actress to make the movie interesting. Maybe 1/10 is too low but I gave it 3/10 and I recommend Dutch people to do something else than movies.

Like curse words are rated ... not sure if I should explain my puns or just leave them out there ... you know, either they are being appreciated for their insanity or not understood.

Not understood - I reckon the movie or the makers might think that is the case with all the votings here - and reviews for that matter. Or people have seen way too many of movies like this. And even the fact it tries to add some humor to the mix does not convince too many people to like it. The cliches are still there, you know ... that aside, this can be viewed as decent I reckon. I have not seen the first one - I didn't even know that existed when I started watching this - I guess the title is a giveaway though.

Don't waste your time.

It's soooo bad it hurts. The only good thing is the music and photography.

Bad script, actors, performances.... A couple of funny scenes and that's it.

And I'm the kind of person that loves rom coms!!! But this is neither.

Because a healthy person can't write this much nonsense. The worst "movie" of the year. However, it is still May, maybe someone will take the lead.

Sometimes it happens that the film carries a lot of ideas, so the director somehow gets involved, with too many characters, situations, etc ... This is not the case here, it is amateur garbage. This Netflix will broadcast almost everything.

I blame myself because I pushed "play" on the TV. The poor acting, obvious casting and empty, confused script leave little left to enjoy or latch on to. The home shopping networks are far more entertaining!

None of the "actors" can actually act. That's why a dialogue has a max of three sentences. This makes it odd to watch because it's not a movie. It's a bunch of short (empty) scenes.

Horrible!

My husband and I were up to a nice movie with sunny vibes. This movie wasn't what we were looking for. Poorly acted by most of the "actors" and weird storyline. My husband and I both agreed: it seams like amateurs made this movie.

Main subjects are: sex, adultery, divorce and oh, did I mention sex? Frenching midday, on the counter of the bar, with other guests still there is not my idea of romance...

Some actors are quite funny, others are just... Mehh...

So, wouldn't waste your time on this one..

Well, of course it is filled with every possible cliche imaginable. If you don't like the romcom genre, you probably wouldn't try watching this movie anyway.

But within the predictable, but sometimes charming genre this is a very bad example. The characters are some of the flattest I've ever seen. Everyone is pretty much a copy of the other one, just disguised with different storylines.

The dialogues are just as bad. Nothing surprises, no original lines. And, quite typically Dutch, everything had to be said out loud, instead of using some actual acting speak for itself or using symbolism. There are so many storylines, even for an ensemble movie, that it's expected to be rushed and with many plot holes.

Maybe two or three actors are decent, but they can't lift up the absolutely poor writing. Please stop using "famous people" in movies, just because they're famous and cast people because of their talent. There is an refreshing idea.

This "movie" isn't worth 90 mins of your time.

Looks like screenwriter was from kindergarten and that acting ... teeth hurt. Mute movies from the last century beginning were probably better.

I'm surprised Dutch movies haven't evolved in the last 20 years. It's cheap, horrible cast and terrible storyline AND again like almost every cheap Dutch movie in Ibiza (what the f is that).

Bad actors, bad story, bad production, bad music and even worse dialogues. Just don't watch this movie and enjoy your night. By far the worst movie ever seen.

This is a terrible film...two upsides they are speaking Dutch (desperate for some Dutch content on Netflix) and it had a gorgeous Ibiza setting for part of the film.

There is some terrible cheesy acting and some badly drawn characters...like the ex who simultaneously impregnated two women and refuses to grow up...and the current two love interests...I am not sure she makes the best decision there.

I guess this is supposed to be a romantic comedy, but I found it more painful than funny. Can't recommend unless like me you are desperate for Dutch content and even then you are forewarned.

We wanted to watch a nice, easy going movie about love and friends. This is not even that.

Full of cliches, predictable action and poor script. Just a couple good jokes that are not even worth pressing play.

There's parallel stories that are set to help the main course of events but the connection is not there. There's no point on why you would need to know about this bad bunch of stories that aren't related to the main one.

The cast seem like taken out of a young theatre school. Awful interpretations and the arc that the writers set for them is not well thought.

I honestly don't understand how can they still make a movie with so many cliches in 2022.

This film is a major disappointment from start to finish. The acting is weak, with forced and unnatural performances. A scene featuring a future teller speaking poor English with a heavy Dutch accent feels especially cringeworthy. The script is shallow and often makes no sense-like when a woman throws out her husband over a simple mistake. The lead female character constantly complains about love while dating two men, making her hypocritical and unlikeable. The movie also completely fails to showcase Dutch culture, missing a valuable opportunity to represent the Netherlands authentically. Casting feels unnatural, with an oddly disproportionate number of black male characters in a country where the majority is white-clearly done for diversity rather than realism. The women are portrayed as manipulative and materialistic, reinforcing tired stereotypes. It's hard to find anything redeeming in this film. Overall, it's a poor and embarrassing reflection of Dutch cinema.
