Sexify

I really enjoyed watching it. I also enjoyed the music and the flow of this series. It gets better from 3rd episode.

If you are watching some long and serious series and you want to lighten up your mood, then this series is for you. It will keep you entertained and no boring scenes at all!

This is obviously, this series is not meant to be too serious, but since this is a Polish series, I was not able to just enjoy it but also found it to have serious societal undertones. Poland can still be a fairly conservative society, and this series offers a good look at the generational shifts with the discussion of certain taboo's.

The series follows 3 ladies who are studying in a tech university. All 3 could not be more different from each other. One is stuck in the same relationship as her parents. One, is exactly the opposite, one-night stand, not a care in life type of a girl. And, our protagonist, who seems to be doing everything she can to get away from her mothers mistakes, while risking repeating them.

Overall, the serious while having those elements, still remains fairly light, but what I found to be the best part of it, how they were able to develop 3 very layered characters and detailed backstory.

Overall, I enjoyed it.

This is a change from the dismal offerings that have come out of Poland in recent years. Usually, those series seem not to use a story board so the plot is often confusing and the production done at a low level. Sexify changes all that. The production is slick, and the writing smart and clever. It is a well cast series with very believable acting. Don't know if there'll be a second season as the story arc seemed complete! Well worth the watch!

I like the characters and for the most part their conflicts and friendships are believable within the comedy context. It's not perfect, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to season 2.
