Quite strong overview of the accident overall. Not quite ideal as it could have contained more details and interviews explained the actual event. But they go over a lot of background info and explain how an American woman died in Gaza in the middle of a war zone as a bulldozer drover over her. The driver claimed he never saw her. All the protestors there said the driver did see her and did it on purpose. There is no way to know what the driver saw or didn't see. It's very possible he didn't spot her as the window is tiny. What side is correct is impossible to know. But the main issue is that she was partly hidden from view so the driver explanation is very realistic.

The driver was not found guilty as there is just not enough proof. Americans who looked into it come to the same conclusion yet see this as a failure by Israel to investigate properly. Yet this was a war zone so it was not possible to have all evidence available. Most Palestinians who saw it ran away. Many Western activists didn't give witness statements. And she only died some time later so there was no body on the scene either. You also have terrorists in the area and it's a construction zone so everything is changing daily.
